اب اس کے بعد سب سے آخر میں آتی ہے ڈارک ویب جس میں سب کام غیر قانونی ہوتے ہیں جس میں ڈرگ کی فروخت، ممنوعہ پورن انڈسٹری، غیرقانونی معلومات، سیاسی احتجاج و دھرنہ سروس، پرائیویٹ کمیونیکیشن اور وہ لنک جو صرف "TOR" (THE ONION ROUTER) سے کھلتے ہیں.
ڈارک ویب اور ڈیپ ویب میں (VPN) کے ذریعہ آپ داخل تو ہوسکتے ہیں لیکن ہر سائٹ پر آپ سے authorization مانگی جائے گی اور وہاں پر موجود ہیکر 1 سیکنڈ میں آپکا کمپیوٹر ہیک کرکے سارا ڈیٹا نکال لینگے۔ اور کسی غلطی کی وجہ سے ایجینسیاں اپکو دھر بھی سکتی ہیں۔۔
